Case Study
After nearly 5 years of our Tiny Home Journey with Sierra she has landed on a great property in Escondido. Many have asked us why we chose to rent her and here's the case study for our own Tiny Home Investment.

Adorable, roomy, and uber-functional deluxe tiny home available now for 12-mo lease (May 15 or June 1 start) or for purchase with long-term land lease (financing available).
Located on a quiet 1/2 acre on a highly desirable property near wine country Escondido/North County San Diego, the home is FULLY FURNISHED and ready to go with 2 bedrooms (1 is loft), 2 WFH offices (both flex as 2nd bdrm +/or living room), full-sized eat-in kitchen with quartz counters, shaker cabinets galore, full-sized fridge, with full-sized tub/shower and flushable toilet in newly renovated bathroom.
