The Consulting Tiny Home Lady® offers 1hr, 2 hr and 3hr packages all offered in 1 hr increments as there is often homework you need to do between the calls.

The Tiny Home Lady® blends 30+ years as a start up specialist with a background in sales and marketing in 3 burgeoning industries (Biodiesel, LED lighting and now Tiny Homes).

The Tiny Home Lady® has built, and traveled in her own Tiny Home and understands the Tiny Home Lifestyle and is ready to guide you on a number of different directions.

• Looking to buy a Tiny Home and need guidance on the building standards and how they relate to zoning laws of your property
• Looking at builders not sure which to choose?
• Looking to develop a Tiny Home Community and need guidance on the elements needed for a successful development?

• All calls will take place on Zoom with a replay sent within 24 hours of our call including notes from the call

In our Tiny Home Design sessions we will discuss...
- Your design goals for your Tiny Home. 
- Your must haves in your home (Ie. downstairs bed, loft, bathtub...)
- Your collection of kitchens, bathrooms, etc. you admire
- Your budget and the type of materials and finishes you want
- Your budget, Tiny Home design and location
- The builders you admire

We'll take those goals, images and desires and work with you to design your custom Tiny Home.

WHAT YOU GET
​- (4-5) 1 hr zoom sessions as needed
- Recordings of the calls sent via email for you to download
- PDF print out of 2D and 3D home designed in Tiny Easy 
- Product recommendations depending on location, lifestyle, etc.
- Takeoff list of materials broken down to quantities 
- Introductions to quality builders (only certified builders)
- Builder quoting: We'll take your design and shop it around to various builders
- We'll review a 40+ line item "pros and cons" assessment.
- Review of builder contracts and payout schedule

3D DESIGN FEES
The 3D consulting takes place in three payments:

1) Deposit to initiate design consult $500
2) Progress payment upon sharing of goals, design style $1000
3) Final payment of $500 due upon completion of 3D Design
