I'm thrilled to share that as of 10/11/24 Mendocino County has officially adopted a new inland zoning law allowing Movable Tiny Homes to be utilized as primary dwellings and accessory dwelling units!

This progressive step opens up new possibilities for sustainable living and community growth in our beautiful region.

Thanks to Dan Fitzpatrick, President of the Tiny Home Industry Association. Supervisor Ted Williams for championing this initiative and ensuring it reached the agenda. Planning Director Julia Krog and her dedicated team. the Planning Commission for their efforts in streamlining the zoning language.

The Tiny Home Lady will be offering permitting and project management services for a fee.
