Our flip in Oakland was one of the most exciting projects. We call it the house that Hansel and Gretel left behind. This home was in total tear down mode. We raised funds from 14 investors. It took 19 months, cost $1.1m to purchase and remodel and sold for $1.5m.
This project yielded a $1m improvement over what we paid for it. This type of improvement is rare and that landed this project on the cover of Oakland Home & Design magazine (See cover and article below)
