We are moving to San Diego and looking for land to rent ideally behind someone's single family home in the City of San Diego (because they have legalized Tiny Homes!!!)

Lindsay... I'm a fun engaging person who loves to dance, hike, practice yoga. I am an extrovert who likes people and likes solo time.
Eric... chef, bookkeeper, spreadsheet whiz. An introvert who likes to be social and also happy solo around the house, gardening, light carpentry.
Zoe... is our 13lb 4-year-old Papillion Chihuahua mix who is pretty mellow and quiet unless you knock at the door. She's not the best with little kids/toddlers but great with kids that are middle school and above.
Eric and Lindsay are co-founders of Experience Tiny Homes. We consult with two types of people:
1) People dreaming of going Tiny to help them on their journey after all that we've been through.
2) Homeowners looking to host a Tiny Home and all that goes into the permitting process.
Our ultimate goal is to live legally because our business is Tiny Homes and we'd like to be social and invite friends and others over to visit. However, we are also open to living "under the radar" for the short term.

Tiny Home details
- 300 sq ft Tiny Home 33' long 8'.5" wide, 13'6" tall.
- Water: we would need a water line in. We do have a filtration system for our Tiny.
- Heating: We have our own on demand propane for heating water and cooking
- Electrical: We do have solar however it would be ideal for us to plug in during the cold season (only need a 20 amp circuit normal household)
- Sewer: We have a waterless toilet (people call it a composting toilet) and we can run a graywater line out. However, if placed legally then water, sewer and electrical will all be part of the permitting process.
- Ideal to have min 6 months to 1-year lease,
