Some weeks a guest expert joins to go deeper on a specific topic — zoning, land development, financing, or design — so you hear directly from the people who live in that world every day.

Each GO Lab™ session is an open forum — you bring what is most pressing in your specific situation and we work through it together. Your land, your budget, your timeline, your next step. Small-group, focused, and personal. You leave with a clear, specific action to take before the next teaching week.
